A long cushion diamond is an elongated cushion cut. The outline runs noticeably longer than it is wide, so the stone reads bigger across the finger than a square cushion of the same carat weight, while keeping the soft, rounded corners that make a cushion a cushion.
We carry long cushion diamonds in natural only. It is a small, hand-picked selection pulled from our regular natural inventory rather than a separate specialty line, and every stone is sold loose, wholesale, to the trade.
If you deal in cushion cuts and want the elongated look for a ring, pendant, or earring pair, this is a genuinely small pool to search. Most dealers who carry cushion cuts carry the square version only, not the elongated one.

Long cushion is natural only in our stock right now. We do not have a lab-grown long cushion line to compare it against, so pricing runs on natural diamond terms, not lab-grown terms.
Ask for the length-to-width ratio before you buy if the elongated look matters for your setting. Two stones can both be labeled long cushion and still look different lengthwise, since the term covers a range of ratios, not one fixed shape.

Length-to-Width Ratio
Most buyers use a length-to-width ratio between 1.15 and 1.30 for a long cushion look that still reads as a cushion rather than an emerald cut. Under 1.15 and it starts to look like a standard square cushion. Over 1.30 and it edges toward an elongated cushion-emerald hybrid, which some designers want on purpose and some don't.
Ask us for the exact ratio on any stone before you buy if the proportions matter for your setting. It isn't always obvious from a photo alone.
